Three-13 Salon, Spa & Boutique is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Guest Service Leader to lead our Guest Service Team and help create outstanding experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate our front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Lead daily front desk operations, scheduling, and guest communications.
  • Oversee appointment booking, guest check-in/check-out, and retail transactions.
  • Ensure smooth workflow between departments and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Train and develop Guest Service Specialists to meet performance standards.
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.

 What We're Looking For

  • Previous management or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and determination to succeed.
  • Experience with scheduling software, POS systems, or salon/spa operations is a plus.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a team to perform at their best.
  • Fashion-forward, polished, and professional appearance reflects the standards of a premier salon and spa environment.
