Job Overview
Bogeys Beef is a growing meat-snacks business seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven operator who wants to help build a company—not simply fill a narrow job description.
Sales is central to this position. Your first priority will be creating new revenue by identifying prospects, starting conversations, following up consistently, building relationships, and closing new business. At the same time, you will learn and contribute to the operational side of the company, including shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, order fulfillment, marketing campaigns, and process improvement.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with company leadership and learn how a growing consumer-products business operates from top to bottom. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through without waiting for constant direction.
Growth Opportunity
This position is intended for someone who wants to earn increasing responsibility as Bogeys Beef grows. A top performer may have the opportunity to advance into broader operations leadership, including a potential path toward Operations Manager and ultimately Director of Operations.
Advancement will be based on measurable sales results, reliability, leadership, sound judgment, operational execution, the ability to build better systems, and the evolving needs of the business. This is a genuine growth opportunity, but no promotion or timeline is guaranteed.
Sales and Business Development
• Identify and pursue new retail, wholesale, corporate, event, and community sales opportunities
• Build prospect lists and conduct consistent outreach by phone, email, social channels, and in person
• Qualify opportunities, communicate the value of Bogeys Beef products, and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain organized follow-up and a clear sales pipeline
• Close qualified new business and help expand successful customer relationships
• Track activity, conversion, revenue, and other sales performance measures
• Bring forward creative ideas for partnerships, promotions, and new channels
Operations and Execution
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, organization, and product handling
• Support customer service and resolve everyday order or delivery issues
• Help document and improve repeatable operating procedures
• Identify bottlenecks, propose practical solutions, and take ownership of implementation
• Learn how purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, sales, marketing, and customer experience connect
• Step into other responsibilities when the growing business needs support
Marketing Collaboration
• Collaborate on sales promotions, outreach campaigns, events, and customer-development initiatives
• Help turn campaign ideas into organized execution and measurable results
• Provide feedback from prospects and customers to improve messaging, offers, and products
What We Are Looking For
• Exceptional initiative: you notice opportunities and problems, take ownership, and act
• A strong sales mindset with the confidence and persistence to prospect, follow up, and ask for the business
• An entrepreneurial attitude and genuine interest in learning how to operate and grow a company
• Dependability, urgency, organization, and a high standard of follow-through
• Comfort moving between customer-facing sales work and hands-on operational tasks
• Resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems with limited direction
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Coachability, accountability, and willingness to learn from both successes and mistakes
• The judgment to know when to act independently and when to ask for input
• Ability to safely perform active shipping and receiving duties, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
Business, sales, customer-service, food, consumer-products, warehouse, fulfillment, or entrepreneurial experience is valuable. Demonstrated results, initiative, and character matter more than a particular previous title.
Schedule and Location
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Immediate start
• On-site in Mableton, Georgia
• Schedule may include weekdays and weekends based on business needs
Compensation
$15–$25 per hour, depending on experience, capabilities, and fit, plus commission on qualified new sales. The commission structure will be negotiated.
Why Bogeys Beef
You will gain exposure to the full business rather than one small function. You will have room to introduce ideas, create opportunities, improve systems, and demonstrate what you can own. For the right person, this is a chance to grow alongside the company and build a meaningful operations leadership career.
