~Promptly answer incoming phone calls
~Accurately schedule repair appointments
~Requires computer and data entry proficiency
~Requires some Sales/Call Center/Dispatch experience
~Working knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus
~Dispatching calls to plumbers
~Sales experience a plus
~Starts at $17.00 - 20.00/hour with level of experience considered
~Call Center operating hours 6:30am -7:00pm, Mon-Sat
~Georgia Drug-Free Workplace
